Right at Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our in-home care team in a part-time capacity. You will lead clinical services, supervise caregivers, and ensure safe, personalized care in clients’ homes across Georgia.

Ideal candidates are experienced in home care with strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills, and are able to coach CNAs and PCAs while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment; excellent communication and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans.
• Perform supervisory visits in clients' homes.
• Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services.
• Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to the care plan.
• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance.
• Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify and communicate changes in client condition or care needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients when appropriate.
• Help resolve client or caregiver concerns.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

You may be an experienced home-care nurse, RN looking to step away from traditional bedside nursing, or an experienced nurse seeking meaningful part-time work with greater scheduling flexibility.
