Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our local team in a part-time, PRN capacity. You will perform supervisory visits, assess clients, and provide clinical guidance to caregivers in clients' homes, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.

You will mentor CNAs and PCAs, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with families to adjust plans as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Experience in home health, senior care, or private-duty nursing.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coach CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments in clients' homes.
• Develop, review, and update individualized service plans.
• Perform supervisory visits in clients' homes.
• Monitor client condition and care plan adherence.
• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance.
• Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate changes in client needs to families and staff.
• Provide nursing consultation for medically frail clients when needed.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation
• Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
