Right at Home Peachtree City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our in-home care team on a part-time PRN basis.You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, supervise visits in clients' homes, and coach caregivers while maintaining compliant clinical documentation.

The role emphasizes flexible daytime hours, strong client-family interaction, and ongoing training within a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Nursing experience in home care, home health, senior care, or private duty preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; reliable transportation.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans.
• Perform supervisory visits in clients' homes.
• Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services.
• Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to care plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Communicate changes in client condition or care needs to families and staff.
• Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients.
• Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards.
