Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Facility: Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: Up to $53/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: 3pm - 11pm

What You'll Do

• Lead the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm, ensuring smooth operations and the highest standard of patient care.
• Collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, creating a positive and cohesive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New York.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care; managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a dedicated team.
