Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing and support staff at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, IL. Under the DON, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering direct and indirect nursing care to a wide range of patients with complex health needs.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in IL (or eligible), a nursing degree, CPR certification, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Current PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• CPR certification.
• Security clearance capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with diverse physical and behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and correctional health care standards.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff.
