Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna, IL. The role oversees nursing and support staff and works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct and indirect care to patients with diverse health needs.

Required are an RN license (IL or eligibility), CPR, and tuberculosis screening. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree with two years of RN experience is needed, with supervisory and corrections experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with minimum two years of RN experience.
• RN license in IL or ability to obtain one.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must show/obtain PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna Illinois.The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff.
