The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director of Nursing and physicians to plan, implement, and monitor care plans and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license, have 2+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.
• Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
