Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in state of Nevada
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to provide patient care.
• Oversee and direct LPNs, CNAs, and other staff in nursing procedures.
• Review nurses’ notes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart as required.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients’ conditions.
• Maintain a kind, positive, and safe work environment, escalating concerns as needed.
