Job summary

Preferred Care at Mercer is seeking a motivated and creative Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to help lead the clinical team at our 100-bed facility, including short-term and long-term residents. With experienced regional nursing support, you will be set up for success.

Join a TEAM and Family atmosphere, and contribute to delivering high-quality care while guiding staff and maintaining established standards. Sign-on bonus available up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• The RN Supervisor must be courteous and professional with an exceptional bedside manner and ability to work under pressure.
• The RN Supervisor must effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and clientele.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift.
• The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care.
• The RN Supervisor demonstrates leadership and relevant clinical experience.
• The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders promptly.
• The RN Supervisor conducts unit rounds, ensuring practices meet established standards of care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities
