Job summary

Ridgecrest Village in Davenport, IA seeks an experienced RN Evening Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during evening hours and oversee nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will assess resident conditions, implement physician orders, coordinate staffing, and promote infection prevention in a faith-based, mission-driven community. Iowa RN license and prior supervisory/LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa is required.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PointClickCare and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during evening operations.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards.
• Assess and monitor resident conditions and changes.
• Receive and implement physician orders.
• Oversee care plan implementation and outcomes.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow.
• Monitor infection prevention and safety practices.
• Investigate and document incidents and accidents.
• Serve as clinical resource and leader for nursing team.
