Job summary

Ridgecrest Village in Davenport, IA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

This position offers competitive pay at $27.00–$33.00 hourly, 2nd and 3rd shift options, and a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, retirement with employer match, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Current Iowa LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to assess, communicate, document, and provide resident care.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and facility policies.
• Observe, assess, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Monitor infection prevention and safety practices.
• Assist with incident investigations and documentation.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and resident care resources are available and utilized appropriately.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and team members.

What You’ll Do

• Current Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Ability to effectively assess, communicate, document, and provide resident care.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
• Completion of Iowa’s required supervisory course for nursing home facilities or willingness to obtain if applicable.
