As an RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with other RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, serving our valued residents. Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Ensure that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times.
Monitor and evaluate the nursing care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and rehabilitation, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.
Full‑time position available for the 2:30pm to 10:30pm shift, Monday‑Friday.
Evening and night shifts available.

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
