Job summary

Good Samaritan Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care under supervision, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, leadership, and collaboration with the care team. Eligible candidates can receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 paid over 24 months.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required.
• ACLS within 6 months of employment/transfer.
• CPR certification (BLS).
• Basic EKG course completed.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient.
• Develops a written plan of care using assessment data and provides teaching and guidance to patient and/or family as well as staff members.
• Implements nursing plan of care on assigned patients and communicates and Documents patient activities, needs and assessments.
• Evaluates the patient's response to interventions/teaching.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.

Job Summary

Full Time, Nights

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The Professional Staff Nurse plans, delivers and evaluates nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Director and/or designee. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
