Tidelands Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Staff/Med Surg II to join our team in South Carolina. The position offers a day, 12-hour shift with opportunities to support acute care patients, families, and the healthcare team through comprehensive nursing care.
The ideal candidate will hold an ADN and/or BSN with preferred MSN, along with ACLS and BLS credentials. Prior acute care experience and strong communication skills are essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

Works with patients, families, physicians, and other health care providers. Must be proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EMR) for patient-level care and coordination. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills. Must have ability to collaborate with others to improve quality and address needs.
