BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking an RN for a weekend PRN home healthcare role in Lubbock, TX. You will deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, with a focus on compassionate, one-on-one care.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of RN experience in acute care settings, an active RN license, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with physicians. Flexible weekend hours and weekly pay are available.

You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Your responsibilities may include:
Completing patient assessments
Providing wound care
Administering medications
Providing IV infusions
Developing and implementing care plans
Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition
Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team
Traveling between patient visits
You’ll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs.
We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS! You can focus on patient care without the additional OASIS documentation.

Weekly pay
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings
Active RN license in good standing
Ability to work independently in patients’ homes
