Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you will care for children with high acuity needs, building consistent relationships with the child and family, and exercising clinical judgment in a calm, home setting.

The position includes a sign-on bonus opportunity, competitive pay with weekly direct deposit, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k), and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in the patient's home.
• Use clinical judgment to manage high-acuity pediatric needs.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family while ensuring safety and quality.
