Job summary

Care Options for Kids, a Pennsylvania pediatric home health provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients with high acuity in the home. You’ll value autonomy and continuity of care, supported by clear care plans, 24/7 clinical support, and training to handle behavioral health needs in a calm home setting.

Required: PA RN license, TB test, valid BLS CPR, driver’s license, and G-tube/trach experience or willingness to train; this is an Equal

Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you'll care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Nurses who thrive here value autonomy, continuity of care, and the ability to deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment, backed by real clinical support whenever it's needed

If you're an RN looking for a role where you can practice nursing with focus, purpose, and support, this position was designed with you in mind.

This case includes behavioral health needs that require a nurse who is confident managing behaviors, providing redirection, and creating a structured, supportive environment in the home. Previous behavioral health experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License


• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)


• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)


• Valid driver's license


• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
