Job summary

The Blossoms at Stamps in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee resident care in our long-term care facility. You will monitor patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the director of nursing to maintain high standards of care.

The position offers shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time. AR RN license in good standing required; long-term care experience preferred, plus strong leadership and mentoring skills to

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care.
• Strong organization, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities.

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

• Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
• Prepares and administers medications charts as required
• Administers treatments
• Consults with physicians
• Communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements

• Long term care experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment
• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
