The Greens at Hickory in Hickory, NC is seeking an RN Second Shift Supervisor to lead and support our evening nursing team, oversee resident care, and promote clinical excellence.

This role offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus, Monday–Friday 3 PM–11 PM with no regular weekends, and competitive pay. Active NC RN license, minimum 2 years nursing experience, and leadership experience preferred; long-term-care or skilled nursing experience is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Long-term-care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
