Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Surgery unit. These temporary assignments run from October 2026 through March 2027 at Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospitals, offering exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility REQUIRED.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license
• Current BLS certification - American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association
• NIHSS Stroke Cert

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellence in patient care and perform assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as part of the continuum of care.
• Practice in accordance with hospital policies and Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' Core Values.

SWHC- Inland Valley continues to grow, and is excited about hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Surgery unit. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. Rancho Springs Hospital is offering exceptional pay, and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment.

Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' Core Values and the hospitals mission statement

Seasonal Schedule Requirements:

Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's

Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Job Requirements:
