Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. $1200 (Days) & $1750 (Nights) Sign-On Bonus. #IND123

Case #1 - Madisonville: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient.

Case #2 - Maryville - School Case: 4/3 Rotation 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or Monday-Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient. Increased rate and weekend bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
