Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital - Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift. You will deliver skilled patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred; minimum six months' medical/surgical acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team to create care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and staff.
• Participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
