Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support patient recovery in a dedicated environment operated with Lifepoint Health and Mercy.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma, CPR/BCLS certification, and preferred Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Play a key role in discharge planning to support safe, successful transitions.
• Contribute to patient recovery, independence, strength, and quality of life.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

Additional requirements include:

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
