Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rehabilitation department. This position is full-time with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Candidates must possess a current state RN license, with certifications in Basic Life Support within 14 days, and ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.

The role includes performing patient assessments, initiating nursing interventions, and managing patient care documentation. Comprehensive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
