Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rehabilitation unit at North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time night-shift role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The RN will assess and plan care, monitor patient status, and participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions. CPR/BCLS required; ACLS and CRRN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and supervisors.
• Participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions.

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation

Qualifications And Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.

Additional Requirements Include

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
