Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation unit on the night shift. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care and contributing to recovery journeys.

You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety while collaborating with RNs and other clinicians. A BSN and active RN license are required, with BLS due within 30 days of hire; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Contribute to care planning and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize plan-of-care interventions and leverage technology to enhance patient wellbeing.
