Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure comfort and safety while delivering compassionate care in a collaborative environment.

You will work with a dedicated team using advanced technology to support patient journeys, pursuing professional development, and benefiting from comprehensive benefits, PTO, tuition assistance

Competenze

• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• One year of previous RN experience preferred.

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a Rehabilitation where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Nurses. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. What we are looking for:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required
