Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Regulatory Compliance leader in Ohio to guide the organization through Joint Commission, CMS, ODH, and other agency standards. This role provides expert interpretation of external regulations to ensure organizational compliance and readiness across the system.

The incumbent will evaluate policies, drive survey readiness, and act as a change agent to improve patient care and safety throughout Premier Health Partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN); advanced degree preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regulatory Compliance including the Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and Ohio Department of Health (ODH).

The incumbent functions as a critical resource to evaluate policies and standards established by outside regulatory agencies, provides direct input into their interpretation, and determines the organization’s compliance

Education

Minimum level of education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)-Advanced degree preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Valid Ohio RN license

Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related experience. Clinical experience in healthcare required.

Knowledge/Skills

A knowledge base that includes understanding the regulatory process at the local, regional, state and national level, including working knowledge of the Joint Commission/CMS Standards and the survey process. The incumbent must demonstrate expertise in:
