Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a part-time shift 3p-11p. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, coordination with resident services, and timely reporting. Florida RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification are required, with a preference for BSc in nursing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English reading/writing/communication required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
