Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric providing direct patient care in a behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities: Monitor patient safety, respond to clinical situations using nursing protocols, handle complex and stressful scenarios with decisiveness, and initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, minimum 6 months nursing experience, and BLS certification. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking and strong judgment skills.
