Role: Provides direct clinical care as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care on a shift basis, supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services. Maintains compliance with safety standards, risk management, infection control, and emergency protocols. Supports hospital leadership in delivering optimal patient outcomes and fulfilling hospital incident command system duties when required.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduated from an accredited nursing program and licensed or certified as required by law. CPR certification is mandatory. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
