Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and physician-ordered care.
Monitor resident conditions throughout the night and respond to acute changes.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing staff.
Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Promote a safe, compliant, and resident-centered care environment.
