Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Practical Nursing Program.
- Current, Active, Unencumbered Tennessee LPN License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing Experience Preferred.
- Strong Clinical Assessment Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently During Night Shift Operations.
- Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care and Teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Provide direct nursing care and support individualized care plans
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Monitor changes in resident health status and promptly communicate concerns
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Assist with wound care, infection prevention, and restorative nursing services
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

As a Full-Time Night Shift LPN, you will:
