Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM in Dresden, Tennessee. This role provides a stable 12-hour schedule with opportunities for career growth and same-day pay options.
You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited Practical Nursing Program.
- Current, Active, Unencumbered Tennessee LPN License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing Experience Preferred.
- Strong Clinical Assessment Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently During Night Shift Operations.
- Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care and Teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions.
- Provide direct nursing care and support individualized care plans.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting.
- Monitor changes in resident health status and communicate concerns.
- Supervise and support CNAs.
- Assist with wound care, infection prevention, and restorative services.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Full-Time Night Shift LPN, you will:

Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions
Provide direct nursing care and support individualized care plans
Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting
Monitor changes in resident health status and promptly communicate concerns
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Assist with wound care, infection prevention, and restorative nursing services
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
