Job summary

Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 12-hour night shift team in Weakley, TN. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor patients, and coordinate care with physicians and the care team.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Tennessee, have CPR certification, and prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Tennessee RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and physician-ordered care.
• Monitor resident conditions throughout the night and respond to acute changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and resident-centered care environment.
