Job summary

TSGBH In Home Care | Bladen Office / Elizabethtown

Serving Bladen, Robeson, Columbus, Cumberland, Sampson, and Pender Counties

Pay: $40 per hour | PRN / As needed

TSGBH In Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to support our Bladen office and surrounding communities. This position includes travel to clients' homes throughout the service area.

Responsibilities:

• Complete client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Conduct caregiver supervisory visits and monitor client needs.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the appropriate care team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with office staff to support safe, consistent care.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in North Carolina.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete documentation on time.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred.

Schedule: PRN, based on client needs. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Start date and assignments will be discussed during the interview.
