Job summary

The Ship Group Services LLC. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to clients across Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union counties in North Carolina. This PRN position involves travel to clients’ homes and requires an active NC RN license.

Responsibilities include client assessments, care plan updates, caregiver supervision, patient education, and thorough documentation. Travel and timely reporting to the care team are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in North Carolina.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete documentation on time.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred.

TSGBH In Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to support clients receiving care at home. This position includes travel to clients' homes throughout Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union counties.
