The PRN RN position responsibilities include:

• Perform client care services including, but not limited to,client assessments, care plan development, and supervisory visits.
• Help ensure adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards inoperationalpractices and procedures.
• Introduce, Instructand Coachcaregivers.
• Instruct and assess Caregiver's skillset during Orientation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of acute/ skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience

• Current Virginia RN licensure
