Accura HealthCare of Newton is a 54-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Newton, IA, seeking dedicated RN professionals to join our clinical team. We promote a high-quality, person-centered approach to care, focusing on residents, families, and staff in a culture that values teamwork and compassion.

This role offers up to $39+ per hour depending on experience, with Full-Time 12-hour shifts (6a–6p or 6p–6a) and weekday/weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
• Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
