Accura HealthCare of Marshalltown is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and elevate the quality of life for residents. We offer a new 32-bed memory care unit and a supportive leadership group in a community-focused facility in Marshalltown, IA.

Accura HealthCare of Marshalltown is seeking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to our Accura of Healthcare Marshalltown clinical team. Competitive Pay

$38.00-$46.32/hour, based on experience

Sign-On Bonuses

• Full-time RNs: $5,000
• Part-time RNs: $2,500

Shift Differentials

• Overnights, 6 PM-6 AM: Additional $3.00/hour
• Weekend days, 6 AM-6 PM: Additional $5.00/hour
• Weekend evenings/overnights, 6 PM-6 AM: Additional $8.00/hour

New Memory Care Services Unit

Our 32-bed unit features 16 private rooms and 8 semi-private rooms.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
