Accura HealthCare of O’Neill is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team, 6p-6a. The role involves promoting comprehensive resident well-being and delivering skilled nursing care per individualized plans.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with experience credit and a full benefits package. Qualified applicants must hold an active RN license valid in Nebraska (or compact) and demonstrate leadership and teamwork within a supportive clinical environment.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full time.Night Shift 6p-6a Charge Nurse position (12 hour shift) (Would consider part time or PRN)
• Competitive hourly rate, with credit for experience, $35.20-$45.00/hour
• Experienced leadership team with strong clinical support

• 4 days a week- (8 hours overtime paid at time and a half)
• Extra Shift Pick up Bonuses offered as well as Call In pay.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
