Accura HealthCare of Neligh is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Our nurses promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and staff, delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

As an RN you will administer nursing care per individualized care plans, follow established standards, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' goals. We offer 12-hour shifts with day or night options, competitive pay $35.20–$44.64/hr, shift

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures and applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting teamwork.
• Capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full Time, Part Time, PRN
• 12-hour Shift Day's or Nights available
• Competitive wage rate with experience $35.20 to $44.64/hr
• Shift differentials $3 evenings, $4.50 for nights, and $6 for weekends,
• Every 3rd weekend, Holiday Pay and Benefits for full time

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
• Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
