Crossroads Hospice is seeking Registered Nurses to join our PRN pool to provide symptom relief and compassionate support for patients and families. Our after-hours response team is a cohesive group delivering crucial comfort during vulnerable times, with a focus on dignity in end-of-life care.

Qualified candidates have 2 years of RN experience, active RN license, Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with auto liability coverage.

Qualifications

2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience.
Active unencumbered state RN license.
Home Health or Hospice Experience preferred.
