Job summary

Crossroads Hospice is seeking Registered Nurses to join our PRN pool, delivering symptom relief with empathy and skill. You will support patients and families during vulnerable times and help ensure dignity and comfort in the final days.

Requirements include 2 years of RN experience, an active state license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred, and availability for weekend and evening shifts is desired.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience.
• Active unencumbered state RN license.
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, copy of TB results, copy of an updated physical.
