Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking Registered Nurses for our PRN pool to provide symptom relief and compassionate support during after-hours shifts. You’ll join a cohesive team dedicated to delivering essential comfort and care at vulnerable times.

RN experience, an active license, and valid driver’s license are required; hospice or home health experience is preferred. CPR, TB results, and a current physical are also expected to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience.
• Active unencumbered state RN license.
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, copy of TB results, copy of an updated physical.

Registered Nurse (RN) Position Qualifications:
