Position: Registered Nurse, RN PRN

Pay: $33.00 / hr. - $38.50 / hr. Depending on Experience and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms using required software.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Serve as a patient advocate, providing information on rights, grievance procedures, reimbursement, and responsibilities.
• Evaluate patients’ physical and emotional status, safety, and family dynamics to determine education needs.
• Supervise and evaluate aides and licensed practical nurses per guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotating schedule and provide backup assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of operation.
• Nursing experience required; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient/family education.
