Job summary

St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team on a PRN basis in California.

Enjoy flexible AM, PM and NOC shifts and competitive pay of $50.00 per hour in a supportive clinical environment. As an RN, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document precisely, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while mentoring CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members; mentor CNAs.
