Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care on a PRN basis in Castle Rock, CO. You will manage your own patients in their homes, delivering skilled nursing care and building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You will assess, educate, and coordinate with physicians and the care team, while maintaining thorough documentation and strong clinical judgment. This role offers autonomy and meaningful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• 1+ year of clinical home health, med/surg, or critical care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
