Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver home health and hospice care. This full-time role offers autonomy to manage your own patients, develop care plans, and provide personalized nursing in patients' homes.

You will collaborate with physicians and families, document care accurately, and support patients through recovery or end-of-life comfort. Required: active RN license and 1+ year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice).
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
