Maxim Healthcare in Shelbyville, KY is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients. Positions available include full-time and part-time with weekend, day, evening, and night shifts to fit your schedule.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to prescribed orders, document findings, and monitor patient conditions while delivering compassionate, safety-focused care in the home setting.

Formación

• Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state where practicing.
• TB test or Chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Salary: $32 - $38 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Shelbyville, KY, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for weekend, day, evening, and/or night shifts.

Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
